- Applications are invited from the Indian citizens for the post of JRF purely on contract basis under the DST funded project entitled “Design and Development of Portable VIS-NIR Spectrometer for Detection of Pesticide Content in Fruits and Vegetables Products”. The details of the project are mentioned below:

Required Qualification:
Essential Qualification:
Post graduation in Sciences (Physics/instrumentation/any relevant field)/ Graduation or post-graduation in Engineering/Technology qualified with valid GATE/NET/National level examination/Own fellowship. Age: JRF – 32 years Relaxation on qualification and age: SC/ST/OBC/WOMEN/PWD candidates will get relaxation as per Govt. of India Rules.
Preferred Qualification:
Candidates with an experience in dealing the optics/ prototyping of instruments, machine learning, 3D imaging, spectral imaging/ proficiency in MATLAB, LabVIEW, Python will be preferred.

The JRF position will be awarded for 2 years and the same candidates will be registered for Ph.D.

Salary/Emoluments 05. Duration JRF – Rs. 37000/- + 27%HRA
