Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Flexible Electronics and Nano Devices lab

Description:

  • Applications are invited from candidates for the position of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Flexible Electronics and Nano Devices lab (https://www.iith.ac.in/~sbadh/) at IIT Hyderabad.

Required Qualification:

Essential Qualification:

  • B.Tech in Nanotechnology with a minimum CGPA of 8 and GATE qualified (in EC, EE, IN, PH, MT or XE);
OR
  • M.Tech in Nanotechnology/Nanoelectronics specialization with min. CGPA of 8;
OR
  • M.Sc in Nanotechnology/Nanoelectronics specialization with min. CGPA of 8 and GATE qualified (in EC, EE, IN, PH, MT or XE).
 
  • The candidate should have prior experience in nanomaterials synthesis and characterization, along with a good understanding of semiconductor fundamentals.
  • Expertise in device fabrication (such as physical/electrochemical/bio sensors and photodetectors etc.) or 3D printing should be highlighted, if available.
  • Age limit: 26 years as on 1 January 2026
