Identifying Promising Reliable Breast Cancer Biomarker by Using Integrated Approach Combining Bioinformatics Analysis and Experimental Verification

Description:

  • Applications are invited from eligible candidates (Indian Nationals only) on plain paper or in the attached format (Form B) for the following position in the research project entitled: “Identifying Promising Reliable Breast Cancer Biomarker by Using Integrated Approach Combining Bioinformatics Analysis and Experimental Verification” Funded by ANRF (Anusandhan National Research Foundation), DST, Government of India under PAIR Scheme.
  • The project aims to identify robust and clinically relevant breast cancer biomarkers through integrative transcriptomic analysis and experimental validation.

Required Qualification:

Essential Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in Bioinformatics Basic knowledge of NGS, RNA-seq analysis and R programming, Machine Learning.
  • Age Limit : 30 years (relaxation as per Govt. rules)

Preferred Qualification:

  • Experience in DESeq2/edgeR/limma. Knowledge of TCGA/GEO data analysis, System Biology

Employment Conditions and Benefits:

Contract duration:

  • Initially one year which can be curtailed or extendable up to Sep 2030 based on candidate performance and Funding support

Benefits:

  • Fellowship :  Rs. 30,000/- per month (as per the sanction order)
