Research Associate position in CFD analysis of automotive tyres
Project Description:
- Applications are invited from motivated and qualified candidates for a Re- search Associate position in CFD analysis of automotive tyres.
- A successful candidate will conduct research along the broad theme of CFD simulations of rotating tyres to understand wake structure, drag characteristics, and near-wall effects.
Required Qualification:
Essential Qualification:
- An M.Tech degree in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or allied areas with specialization in fluid mechanics or allied areas is required.
- Candidates must have secured a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade from Graduation onwards, and 55% marks or equivalent grade in Class X and Class XII.
Preferred Qualification:
- A strong background in incompressible flows is essential. The candidate should have prior experience with aerodynamics and CFD simulations, along with solid skills in data analysis and scientific programming. Familiarity with turbulence modeling, and high-performance computing will be an added
advantage.
