Two Postdoc Positions in Quantum Sensing Laboratory
Project Description:
Applications are invited for the postdoc position on the projects
(1) Diamond Single NV-Based Multi-qubit Entanglement and Nanoscale Quantum Sensing
- Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implementation of entanglement sensing protocols through single NV control
- Nanoscale magnetic resonance measurement via nano-NMR/MRI
(2) Sensitivity Enhancement and Applied Research Using Diamond Ensemble NV Defect
- Key Responsibilities:
- Wide-field quantum magnetic field microscopy and magnetic field sensitivity optimization
- Measurement and analysis of magnetic anomalies in magnetic and biological samples
- Design and implementation of entanglement sensing protocols through single NV control
- Nanoscale magnetic resonance measurement via nano-NMR/MRI

Required Qualification:
Essential Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Physics or Engineering

About the Host Lab Group/Institution:
- Our laboratory is conducting research on the development of ultra-sensitive quantum sensors based on solid point defects, including diamond NV centers. We are conducting research on entanglement-based sensing to overcome standard quantum limits, precision measurement and wide-area imaging techniques using ensemble coupling, and various solid defects.
